Nalu Suites

Welcome to Nalu Suites — an exclusive new residential development of just 36 exceptional homes, perfectly positioned in an elevated location in the picturesque area of Casares Costa. Surrounded by natural beauty, mountains, golf courses, and breathtaking sea views, this boutique community captures the essence of modern Mediterranean living.

Ideally located between two of the Costa del Sol’s most desirable destinations, Nalu Suites is only 10 minutes from Estepona and 15 minutes from Sotogrande, offering easy access to marinas, beaches, fine dining, and international schools. It is a peaceful coastal haven, yet close to everything you could need.

The development offers a selection of 2- and 3-bedroom homes, each designed with flowing, organic lines that blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The contemporary architecture and innovative layout ensure every property is bathed in natural light and enjoys generous terraces with panoramic sea and mountain views. The ground-floor and first-floor residences even include the unique luxury of private pools — a rare feature that elevates these homes above the ordinary.

The communal facilities at Nalu Suites are truly exceptional. Residents can relax in the spectacular outdoor infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, rejuvenate in the on-site spa with sauna, or keep active in the indoor and outdoor gym areas. There are also landscaped walking paths, a children’s play area, and tranquil spaces for mindfulness and well-being — all designed to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Nalu Suites represents a new standard of luxury living in Casares Costa — where modern design, natural beauty, and a sense of serenity come together to create a perfect home on the Costa del Sol.
