Jasmine Sky Villas

Jasmine Sky Villas

Welcome to the next phase of the exclusive Finca de Jasmine development – the Sky Villas, an exceptional collection of luxury homes set in the picturesque surroundings of Benahavís, one of the most sought-after locations on the Costa del Sol.

These new residences offer the space and elegance of a private villa, combined with the convenience, security, and low-maintenance lifestyle of a high-end apartment. Each Sky Villa has been meticulously designed to provide maximum privacy, natural light, and panoramic Mediterranean Sea views from expansive terraces and open-plan interiors.

Spread across six architecturally striking buildings, five of which house three villas each and one with just two exclusive homes, every residence is uniquely positioned to capture the best of the coastal and mountain scenery. Many of the villas include private swimming pools, and all residents have access to a large communal pool with a stylish lounging area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

There are three distinct Sky Villa layouts to suit different lifestyles:

• Penthouse Sky Villa – Spanning two floors plus a private garage, this villa offers three ensuite bedrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, and a sleek modern kitchen. The lower level includes space for up to two more bedrooms, a laundry room, and the option for a gym or sauna. A private lift and staircase connect both levels, while a spacious terrace—with optional pool—offers breathtaking views.
• Middle Floor Sky Villa – Also arranged over two levels, these villas feature three ensuite bedrooms, a guest toilet, and flexible lower-level space ideal for a home cinema, gym, or office. A private lift is included for convenience.
• Ground Floor Sky Villa – A single-level layout offering four ensuite bedrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living area, a partially covered terrace, and private garden with optional pool.

Located just minutes from golf courses, beaches, and Marbella, the Sky Villas at Finca de Jasmine offer a rare blend of luxury, privacy, and convenience in the heart of Benahavís.
